1.  B2B Account Eligibility & Activation

Access to wholesale pricing, inventory, and bulk ordering is strictly restricted to valid, registered business entities holding a current commercial trade license in the jewellery or luxury trade sector. To activate an account, users must submit their official trade license documents during registration. We reserve the absolute right to reject, suspend, or terminate any account if the submitted credentials cannot be verified. This website is strictly not open to retail consumers or the general public.

2. Market Pricing & Precious Metal Fluctuations

For all wholesale jewelry containing gold, silver, platinum, or precious gemstones, prices are highly dependent on global commodity market rates. MinaSky Jewellery reserves the right to adjust wholesale pricing dynamically without prior notice. The final cost of any order will be locked and calculated based on the market fixing rate at the exact moment payment confirmation is successfully processed by our system—not when items are added to the digital shopping cart.

3. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

All wholesale orders must meet our mandatory minimum order thresholds (either in total cart value or minimum piece volumes per design) as specified on our product pages. Orders failing to meet these thresholds will be automatically canceled.

4. Delivery, Security & Risk of Loss

All shipments are subject to strict corporate verification. The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to the buyer upon our delivery of the items to the designated logistics carrier or secure armored transit service. Buyers are responsible for customs clearance and duties if exporting outside the UAE.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local regulations of the Emirate of Dubai. Any legal disputes arising from transactions on this website shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
