1. Know Your Customer (KYC) Data Collection
To legally open a B2B wholesale account and fulfill corporate orders, we require you to provide sensitive business verification information, including:
- Company legal name, physical shop/office address, and contact numbers.
- A valid copy of your UAE Commercial Trade License (or international business registration).
- Your 15-digit Tax Registration Number (VAT TRN) certificate.
- Identity documents (Emirates ID or Passport copy) of the authorized business owner or corporate buyer.
2. Data Use and Information Security
Your corporate data is used exclusively to verify business legitimacy, fulfill KYC compliance checks, combat financial fraud, and generate legal B2B tax invoices. We implement robust electronic security controls and encryption protocols to ensure your documents are never leaked or compromised.
3. Third-Party Sharing Restrictions
We do not sell, rent, or trade your corporate information to third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is only shared with trusted third parties strictly necessary to complete your transactions (such as the UAE Federal Tax Authority, certified corporate banking partners, and secure logistics/shipping providers).
